Warmup - plyos, mobility, Burgener warmup and clean progressions
Strength -
Partial Deadlift/Rack Pulls (to stacked 45 + 2 25 plates) - 3x20x225
Assistance -
Hanging strict leg raises on rings - 3x12
Conditioning/Assistance -
EMOM 10
Odd - KB swings, 1.5 pood
Even - 7 burpees
Warmdown -
400m jog
Quick one tonight. Felt pretty good overall.
