Garage Lifting

Warmup - Air squats, squats w/ bar, hang power clean w/ bar, mobility

Barbell Gymnastics -
Snatch - really working on getting the bar in contact with the hips on the way up.  Think I'm starting to get the hang of it.

3x1x95 - 4x1x115 - 3x1x135 - 1x155 - 1x175 - 3x1x185 (f)

175 went up REALLY easy, tying my PR which is why I went for 185 a few times.  Lost the first one when my right elbow gave up going up, then I think I was a little bit sloppy on the other two.  I'll get that next time I do it in front of people, usually that gives a little extra motivation!
