Those were fun.  I've never actually done that drill before.  Did notice my butt came up a little fast on the ground clean though.

Apparently doing something heavy with snatch tomorrow morning at the affiliate.  Should be interesting, have been giving snatch a break for the past few weeks since I dropped a failed one and smashed my shin a little. It was a good mental break from that though.
