CFE Team Training

Warmup - 300m row, 20 back extensions, mobility, jog

Smolov-style HBBS -
Warmup - 8 x bar - 5x135 - 5x185
Work - 5x7x215

Assistance -
Shrugs - 8x165-8x185-8x205
Pendlay Rows - 5x165-2x5x185

...And then the power went out.

So, we just did some pistol work and a bunch of mobility.
