CrossFit Edwardsville Workout
Warmup - 200m run, speed drills, mobility
Strength - Alternate double barbell farmer's carry and 285# prowler push/pull
MetCon -
2 rounds for reps, 2 min each station, 2 min rest between rounds
Tire Flip, 450# tire - 10/12
double 2 pood KB farmer's carry, 30' forward/backward - 11/12
"Suicide" style shuttle runs - 9/8
Prowler push, 75', 195# - 5/5
Twist wall throws, 20# ball - 37/37
