//Sotts Press was tough.  First time doing it, had trouble with balance.

3A) Weighted Chinup 3x5x53
3B) Strict Leg Raise 3x15

Not bad.  Upper body feels a lot better than lower did yesterday.  Also demoed some snatch/clean drills to help people.
