Hang Snatch

Hang Power Clean + Jerk

Deadlift (just feeling out up to 275 quick for Event 1 tomorrow)
5x135-5x225-5x275

Pause Front Squat
3x3x165

Done.  Good enough for a loosener, but geez is my garage sweaty!
