  1. Alright so I'm embarrassed to admit this, but I don't get the comic? I can tell it is hilarious but my brain isn't getting it.

    Secondly, I love the fact that you're listening to Pearl Jam and Led Zep, definitely two of my favorite bands, Zeppelin being numero uno.

    Thirdly, I think you can get the bar a little closer on your cleans, didn't look like it made contact with you?

  3. No, I don't think it did make contact. I'm having trouble getting that part, it really feels like a hitch when I do it that way and I lose momentum. I don't even know how to drill that to figure it out.

  4. When you do clean pulls make sure it touches your thighs. Try doing a pull before every clean for a couple days, and see if that helps.
