Weightlifting -
Snatch

//Oh yeah. Every time I PR it feels relatively easy.
Clean & Jerk

//I'll take it. Tied PR total 93/110.
Strength -
Squat

//A lot easier than last week's fight for one set at 120. Stayed a lot tighter in the back-le region I think.
Clean-Grip Deadlift

//160 was pretty stripper-pull-esque, so I went down.
Good day overall. Went to help with a little weightlifting clinic at CFE afterward. I really love coaching, wish I had someplace to do it more often.
