//Odd day. Those misses at 75 came out of nowhere, but I figured it out and trucked on. Glad to hit 87.5 again, 90 was pretty close.

//These were all good, no misses all around and the pause squats were PRs I believe. Will go for 90 on snatch balance next week definitely.
Justin noticed my swimmer back posture issues during the cleans and also the pause front squats. Told me I was "broken" and while I was doing really good for being broken, I still needed to fix it. Gave me a bunch of exercises to do and showed me how. Will be hitting them hard starting tomorrow. Good day overall, I think.
