CFE Morning Workout
Warmup - plyos, mobility
Strength -
Squats from the hole - 2x115-2x135-2x145-5x2x155
+ handstand practice
//Kind of pointless, more like another warmup but that's OK since I came more for the conditioning today.
Conditioning
8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Full Clean, 135#

Conditioning is definitely a little lagging, only two MetCons a week doesn't quite maintain where I was but it will come back fast when I start focusing on it. Unbroken cleans each set.
