Done as close to EMOM as possible
Strict - 3x85-3x90-3x95-3x100-3x105
Push - 3x135-3x145-3x155
How's that clean form coming together?
ReplyDeleteMeh. Still don't really "get" that hip contact part. I think maybe my grip is too narrow but it feels weaker to make it wider. I think I'm going to have to have somebody actually look at it in person.
DeleteBut odds are it's not going to be somebody at my affiliate, they are enamored with my Oly technique, mostly because I ignore the gems of advice they give everybody else, like to make sure you bow your body backwards and look up at the ceiling on the last pull of the clean...
