Finally got to pick up a barbell at the affiliate! Felt pretty good, even though bench is not my forte. Getting better though, a few months back 185 was an ugly 1RM!
After Work

Felt good, seemed like I was able to keep my back more straight here.
Afterward, just for the heck of it, tried out a couple 225 front squats to see how hard they would be, and since my old 1RM (also from a few months back) is 215. So I guess I officially got a PR, even though the weight was easy. Didn't feel like I went as deep as the video shows either, so that was a pleasant surprise.
