CrossFit Edwardsville Morning Workout

Warmup - Tabata DUs, mobility

Barbell Gymnastics/Strength - Find 1RM Jerk

5x35-3x135-1x165-1x185-1x205-1x225(f)-1x225 PR

I always get freaked out the first time trying a new jerk max.  I just didn't commit to the first one, the one I hit didn't put up too much of a fight, so that was good.

Score is toes to bar - 65 reps (5 for each round except 10 on the last)

I kinda killed that workout.  Was the only one to finish it RXd, so that was cool.
